The route to Playa Cristal by land is absolutely spectacular. You must take the Troncal del Caribe highway with the road to La Guajira until you reach the entrance to Neguanje, less than 1 kilometer from the toll booth. From there, you take the road that goes to Neguanje, where you will find about 20 minutes away from the main checkpoint where you can pay the entrance fee and medical assistance insurance.
From this place, you will drive along a beautiful semi-paved road completely surrounded by tropical dry forest inside Tayrona Park.
