  Once you arrive at the facilities, the staff will give you a warm welcome. You will start your day exploring the facilities, enjoying its charm and amenities.
  
  To liven up the start of this exciting experience, we offer a refreshing welcome drink to help you prepare for the adventures ahead.
  You will be able to take some time to relax and enjoy the facilities before entering the world of paramotoring. Our professional instructors will give you a complete induction to the paramotoring activity, making sure you feel safe and comfortable during the whole process.
  
  The long awaited moment arrives: the paramotor flight. Around 10:00 am, depending on the wind conditions, you will take off with an experienced pilot and enjoy the sensation of flying freely in the sky. As you soar through the air, guided by the pilot, marvel at the panoramic views that unfold before your eyes. See the beauty of Santa Marta from a unique perspective and experience the thrill of contemplating the coast, mountains and natural landscapes in all their splendor.
  
  Around 12:30 pm, we will land to enjoy a delicious lunch at the local restaurant. You will have the opportunity to taste the exquisite local gastronomy and recharge your batteries to continue with the experience.
  
  After lunch, we invite you to relax and enjoy the beach. Soak in the crystal clear waters, sunbathe on the soft sand or simply relax under an umbrella while enjoying the tropical surroundings. It's time to return to Santa Marta, where this incredible paramotoring experience full of emotions and unforgettable memories culminates.

• Service Politics

  Policies:
  1. We do everything in our power to offer you the best service of experiences and flying, however we are not responsible for any additional cost that may generate the transfer to the place of the experiences or the stay as such; If for any reason the operation is cancelled or delayed due to equipment problems, unfavorable weather conditions (you can not fly with winds over 30 km/hour, crosswinds or rain), last minute physical problems of the pilot, public or natural inconveniences (strikes, terrorism, demonstrations, impossible access, etc.) transportation costs will not be covered and in coordination with the SERVICE PROVIDER the experience may be rescheduled.
  2. Flight schedule. All year round from 9:00 AM to 12:00 MD, and from May to the end of November time permitting you can make the flight from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

  3. Age to fly between 6 to 80 years old, minimum height 1 meter. The maximum weight limit for the passenger is 125 kg.
  4. Not allowed to fly; A). Women more than 4 months pregnant. B). People with heart problems.
  5. Shifts are assigned on a first-come, first-served, first-served basis.
  6. It is important to have at least 3 or 4 hours of availability.
  7. All persons must fill out our form called "CLAUSES OF ASSUMPTION OF RISKS", and all minors need to be accompanied by at least one parent, express authorization and signature.
  8. In case the operation is cancelled, the new date will be communicated automatically cancelling the previous flight.
  9. All persons who are going to perform the activity must present their identity card or equivalent document.
  10.We only fly people with previous reservation canceled in its entirety.
  The value of the flight is only refundable if the problem is due to equipment problems, and / or last minute physical problems of the pilot. In case of cancellation, it can be rescheduled and its validity will be for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  12. Not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings of the person who is going to fly.
