  Schedules available: 8:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m
  
  Day 1:
  The first day focuses on theory, with video visualization and independent study from any electronic device in the comfort of your home and in your own language. This day is perfect for students to learn at their own pace.
  
  Day 2:
  The second day is dedicated to sea dives. Students will participate in three dives, starting with a training dive where an instructor will demonstrate the necessary diving skills. After a break, students will do two more dives at a depth of 12 meters on the reef. This is an excellent opportunity to put into practice what has been learned in the course.
  
  Day 3:
  The third day of the diving course consists of two additional dives at different diving points. On this occasion, students will have the opportunity to dive to a maximum depth of 18 meters, which will allow them to obtain certification for diving anywhere in the world. This day is the culmination of the course and is an exciting experience that students will never forget.

• Service Politics

  General:
  
  Cancellation due to weather or other force majeure reasons:
  
  Due to the weather conditions in the area, it is UNLIKELY for there to be cancellation reasons. However, if a weather event or any other force majeure inconvenience occurs that requires us to cancel the trip, a 100% refund will be provided, which will be processed through the same means of payment used for the transaction. This will be reflected a couple of weeks after canceling the transaction due to the administrative procedures that must be carried out.
  
  Cancellation by the customer:
  
  If you decide to cancel the service with sufficient advance notice, a refund will also be issued:
  
  - A 95% refund of the total plan value will be granted if the customer cancels the services at least one day in advance and before 4:00 pm. 5% administrative expenses apply.
  - A 50% refund of the total plan value will be granted if you cancel the services after 4:00 pm on the day before the service is provided.
  
  Cancellations due to illness must be justified in writing by a medical authority.
  
  No refund will be granted in the following cases:
  
  - If the customer does not show up on the day of the service.
  - If the customer arrives after the service departure time

• Recommendations

  - Wearing masks or face coverings is mandatory.
  - Remember to use hand sanitizer frequently.
  - Maintain physical distancing.
  - Knowing how to swim is important.
  - Minimum age requirement is 10 years.
  - Traveler's documents: passport, identity card or citizen card, military booklet, and medical insurance card.
  - Divers must have their own mask, which must be worn at all times when outside the water, both on land and in the boat.
  - Reservation in advance is required to ensure a minimum of two divers for each trip. The service is not provided for a single diver per trip.
  
  Note: After diving, a waiting period of 18 hours before flying is required.
