• Itinerary

  Day 1: Departure time 7:30 AM
  
  This adventure begins with the transportation route where we will pick up all the adventurers at their lodging, then we will head towards the picturesque town of Minca hidden between the Sierra Nevada and the sea.
  
  Once in Minca we will visit a wonderful traditional coffee farm where we will learn all about the coffee process of the Sierra Nevada, one of the most sought after by experts. After we finish the tour in this farm, we will go to the next point which is Finca La Maria, located in the village of La Tagua.
  
  Each point goes a little deeper into the Sierra Nevada where you can see its wonderful and amazing green landscapes, with a climate full of fresh air and streams of icy water, after knowing the farm in the Tagua we will start a two-hour walk to Finca Santa Elena. Here we will rest, have a welcome snack, eat a typical Colombian lunch and take a tour of the surroundings and admire the sunset over the mountains, the Ciénaga Grande and the Caribbean Sea, finally we will have dinner and rest from the trip.
  
  
  Day 2:
  
  We start the day contemplating the sunrise of the Sierra Nevada, enjoying a delicious cup of Sierra Nevada coffee and a traditional breakfast. After that we will start the preparations to walk approximately 3 hours to the viewpoint of Cerro Kennedy, throughout the tour you will have an excellent view of the mountains, mainly on the snowy peaks Bolivar and Colon, the walk is done by private trails, which allows greater enjoyment of the walk, crossing streams, springs of water, in the same way that the opportunity to observe the wide variety of endemic birds that inhabit this region.
  
  After getting to know this place we should start the walk back to Finca Santa Elena to have lunch, rest and continue the adventure back by road to Santa Marta arriving at approximately 6:00 pm.
  
  Note: The itinerary may be modified by the client or due to unexpected environmental conditions.

• Service Politics

  - No Show is considered when after contracting a service the participants do not attend to acquire it, and a cancellation is not made 24 hours in advance, so that 100% of the value of the service is charged.
  
  -If cancellation is made between 30 to 16 days in advance, 80% of the total amount will be refunded.
  
  - If cancellation is made between 15 and 9 days in advance, 50% of the paid service will be refunded.
  
  - A refund of 25% of the paid service will be made between 8 and 1 days in advance.
  
  If any unforeseen event occurs before the start of the activity, the client can appeal for a new starting date of the expedition, assuming an additional value of 20% of the total value of the event.
