The varieties of coffee have characteristics that make them unique in flavor, aroma, and sensory profile. Getting to know them will give you the opportunity to discover a diversity of nuances of the coffee growing area of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. In our laboratory, we leave aside the traditional cupping and take you to a multisensory experience that you will not forget.
In this experience you will get to know three varieties:
-The Castillo variety: reveals a distinctive flavor with a hint of nuts and a long-lasting aftertaste and exceptional resistance. Its climate resistance and distinctive flavor make it a unique variety.
-Caturra: will surprise you with its balanced and balanced profile, smooth caramel and chocolate flavors.
-Amarillo Colombia: Provides an unparalleled experience with its bold notes, distinctive flavors, this coffee is known for its intense fruity nuances.
Each Vívolo cup is a unique journey of discovery and pleasure for your palate. By getting to know these three varieties you will enjoy beans that carry with them the history of the land, the climate and the hands that cultivate them.

We will begin with a welcome to the participants by our barista. Afterwards, we will go to the coffee laboratory to receive an explanation about the cupping to be tasted. Within the experience, you will enjoy four different varieties of coffee (Caturra, Castillo and Amarillo Colombia) and, at the end, you will have the option to buy your favorite coffee in our store, Vivolo Cafe. A unique experience for coffee lovers!
