For 7 minutes, you will be guided by a qualified trainer who will help you interact with, pet, and feed the dolphin.   • Meeting point: North Pier - Rodadero
    Start time: 9:00 a.m.
    End time: 4:00 p.m.

    You will start this experience by going to the Ticket Office at the North Pier in Rodadero, where you must request your entry bracelet, showing the Entry Pass that our commercial advisers will give you. Then, you will be embarked on one of the boats that will take you to either Playa Blanca or the Aquarium, according to your preferred activity.

    If you prefer to start with the Aquarium, it opens to the public every day from 9:00 a.m. The visit can take up to two (2) hours and includes an educational dolphin exhibition at 9:30 a.m, 11:00 a.m, 12:30 p.m, 2:00 p.m, and 3:30 p.m. You will be guided through the pools and glass aquariums, and you can also enter the Tayrona Museum and the Sea Museum.

    If you want to first enjoy the warm and crystal-clear waters of Playa Blanca with a delicious swim and lunch, you can do so as well.

    It is important to know that returns from Playa Blanca are at the designated times of 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 3:40 p.m. Once you have chosen the time, you can return to the North Pier on one of the boats that are heading there and where the tour will finally end.

  • - Children from 0 to 4 years old do not pay transportation.
    - Children from 0 to 2 years old pay only a $10.000 insurance fee.
    - Children from 3 to 4 years old pay a $40.050 entrance fee to the aquarium.
    - Children 5 years and older pay full aquarium admission.
    - Seniors over 65 years old pay $40.050 aquarium entrance fee.

  • The guide is partial and inside the Rodadero Aquarium, it does not include a full guide.

    Transport Policies:
    For the use of transport services you must bear in mind that:

    - During the trip in our boats you must wear a life jacket.
    - Children from five (5) years of age must use their seat in the transport quota.
    - It is recommended in high season not to wait until the last hour of return from white beach (3:40pm) as it tends to generate long lines that can slow down the return plan of all staff.

    Policies for the Rodadero Aquarium:

    - It is forbidden to bring plastic bags, large briefcases, backpacks or large objects into the pool area and glass fish tanks; for these items there is a luggage storage area in the ticket office area.
    - Care must be taken during the tour not to throw objects into the pools.
    - Photographs of the glass fish tanks should not be taken with a flash, as they may disturb the animals inside the tanks.
    - From 1 June 2023, the entrance fee to the aquarium will be increased.

  • What should you take into account before and during the tour?

    - It is recommended to wear a mask.
    - Remember to use alcohol at all times.
    - It is important to keep a physical distance.
    - Life jackets must be worn at all times during the tour.
    - All staff are responsible for the loss of personal objects inside the boats, operators must report these objects to the offices so that they can be claimed by users.
