  Adventurer, we will start this relaxing experience by picking you up at your lodging. Then we will make the trip to the Costa Verde Hot Springs, which are located in the municipality of Cienaga. The trip will take approximately 45 minutes leaving from Santa Marta.
  
  Once we arrive at the hot springs, the first thing to do is take a small cold water shower to acclimatize the body. Then you can join your group at the fountain. Remember that baths should be between 10 minutes and 20 minutes as the maximum time; all this will depend on your health and tolerance to the high temperature. These baths should be interspersed with breaks to protect the skin and avoid the decompensation of the body.
  
  Take the opportunity to enjoy a deliciously refreshing drink and a snack between bath breaks.
  
  This adventure can be programmed according to your preferences, but remember that we recommend a maximum of 2 hours in the bathing area (thermal baths).
  
  Finally, after enjoying the baths and the snack, we will take a short shower to warm up the body and get dressed to return to the lodge.
